Started one year ago we need strong coders with a challenging spirit to make the cleanest product for the purpose.
All well motivated profiles are welcome to build a complementary starting crowd. You are CTO skilled, perfect, that’s what we need foremost to organise and estimate time and costs of each developing step. Since UI/UX is done yet, actual steps are focussed on back-end management through external API (Youtube, SoundCloud + partners), while the app itself has to be built using Javascript - HTML5 - CSS + Node.JS. Mobile versions will be deployed just after it, in native or hybrid approach regarding user’s requirements and technical possibilities, meaning that such profiles shall be needed very soon.
Being a new born Startup without financing up to now, essentially because we don’t have the minimum Beta version yet, we will most probably negotiate mutual salaries on company shares regarding to the personal engagement and the company’s growth. This is the best way to ensure the greatest implication of each one and an enhanced high growth.

Community Manager on music industry
Started one year ago with strong evolutions yet we are now ready to engage the next step by finetuning the best match between the product and the music industry needs.
The community manager will be in charge to ensure good understanding of the core values we offer to the different client specifications. One of the prime goals will be to estimate with best accuracy what monetization will be most realistic to leverage regarding different kind of services we will be able to offer. This part is essential since it will set development milestones for the app. After that established basement will start the real community management work by connecting each concerned party to expose the crowdfunding goal to make those strength a reality.

Financing process is on the go to build the MVP Beta version, meanwhile we should probably negotiate mutual salaries on company shares regarding to the engagement etc… This will be largely discussed with an open mind to outer suggestions.
